Job Description (Roles & responsibilities)
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing corporate customers and address any grievances promptly and satisfactorily.
- Cross-sell services to corporate clients and handle new sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with the operations team to minimize customer complaints and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Adhere to company rules and regulations while managing incoming calls and inquiries on the company helpline.
- Minimum educational qualifications: Degree (MBA preferred but not required).
- Must be a team player and proactive in achieving objectives ethically.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore and occasionally to Chennai or Hyderabad.
- Possess strong phone contact handling skills, active listening, and computer literacy.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, multitasking, and time management skills.
