Ensure that all customer grievances are handled and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Cross sell services to these corporate customers.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure customer complaints are reduced.
Handle new sales enquiries.
Adhere to company’s given rules and regulations
Managing incoming calls on company helpline and ensure redressal of complaints and respond to enquiries.
Must be a team player
A go getter, who will do whatever it takes (only by fair means) to get the job done.
Should be able to travel around in Bangalore and travel to Chennai or Hyderabad when required.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
